Glasgow coach Sean Lineen hopes his side can capitalise on starting their Heineken Cup campaign with a win by following it up with another success at Wasps on Sunday.
The Warriors kicked off their Pool Six challenge with a 21-13 success over Dragons last weekend, winning their opening Heineken fixture for the first time since the 1997-1998 season.
And Lineen, who has named an unchanged starting line-up for the trip to Wycombe, hopes his side can kick on from that win.
"We need to look at this game and go 'what an opportunity'," said Lineen.
"This is the first time for so long that Glasgow have won their first-up Heineken game, so for us, this represents something special, maybe we can make a bit of history."
The only change in the Warriors' matchday squad comes on the bench with flanker Calum Forrester coming in for Alastair Muldowney.
Wasps came close to causing a huge upset in their opening fixture at defending champions Toulouse, and former Scotland centre Lineen knows his side will face a stern test against the two-time European kings.
"Going down there is going to be incredibly difficult," he added. "Wasps are a quality team with a lot of pedigree behind them in the Heineken Cup.
"They have quality individuals with a lot of belief and are a very physical team."
Meanwhile, Wasps coach Tony Hanks will utilise the services of Riki Flutey, who makes his 50th Club appearance following the birth of his son this week, David Lemi, Charlie Beech, Rob Webber and Dan Ward-Smith who all come into the starting line up for this game.
In the back line Richard Haughton moves to full back in place of Mark Van Gisbergen who is named amongst the replacements.
Tom Varndell moves to the right wing as Lemi comes into the side on the left. Flutey partners with Ben Jacobs in midfield, forcing Dom Waldouck to the bench, whilst the half back pairing of Joe Simpson and Dave Walder remains intact.
In the front row Beech makes his first start of the season alongside hooker Rob Webber who trades places with Joe Ward on the bench. Zak Taulafo moves from loose head to tight head in place of Ben Broster and the last change comes in the back row as Dan Ward-Smith starts in place of Joe Worsley.
On the bench new prop Shaun Ruwers and Marty Veale, who secures his first match 23 place of the season, join Van Gisbergen, Ward, Waldouck, Broster, Worsley and Nic Berry who retains his place.
"This is our biggest game of the season to date but the selection also represents the strength of the squad," said Hanks.
"Good competition for places is vital for us to be contenders and it is important after the emotion, travel and conditions of last week's game we select a side with some fresh legs and players keen to impress with their chance.
"We have a lot of respect for the Warriors side and the challenge ahead, especially having played them in pre-season fixtures for the last two seasons. From our point of view we are keen to build on last week but we know that a win is the only option."
